Our Gem mining program provides students with a fun and learning experience. Students receive a bag with fossils or gems, an identification card and a container to place their finding and take home. This activity combines the students with a sense of adventure and discovery with their continuing thirst for knowledge. Kids love identifying what they find and in the process they will be learning about, rock types, fossils, gemology and more.
